Rates and Accommodation Details
Rates are charged per night for exclusive use of the house, accommodating up to 6 adults. The house offers premium amenities, including air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, DStv, smart TVs, and complimentary in-room tea, coffee, filtered water, and biscuits/rusks.
A double sleeper couch in the living area is available, providing extra space for up to 2 children sharing.
A once-off cleaning fee is applied to all bookings. For stays longer than 7 nights, the house is serviced twice a week. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a nominal fee; please inquire for further details.
Special discounted rates apply for extended stays of 7 nights or more (e.g., 10% weekly discount). Monthly rates are also available on request.
While rates may fluctuate, they are guaranteed once confirmed at the time of booking. Seasonal promotions and additional services may be offered throughout the year.

Deposit and Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

The booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. If confirmation is not received within 48 hours, please contact us directly.

We accept most major credit cards, EFTs, and cash payments by prior arrangement.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days before arrival: 100% of the booking total will be forfeited.

Cancellations made 14 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations made 21 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations made 30 days before arrival: 25% of the deposit will be forfeited.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are processed at the discretion of management in line with the above policy.
Minimum Stay Requirements

A two-night minimum stay applies for weekends.

One-night stays may be accepted, subject to availability.

A seven-night minimum stay applies from 15 December to 3 January.
Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: Between 14:00 and 18:00 (Please confirm your mobile number to receive the lockbox code on the day of arrival.)

Check-out: By 10:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be available, depending on availability. Please inquire in advance.
Check-in Information

The lockbox code will be sent via WhatsApp. Please ensure that we have received your contact details prior to your arrival to receive the code smoothly.
Child Policy
Children of all ages are welcome. A cot is available upon request.
Please note: Kids' scooters are not permitted on the deck or inside the house.
Refundable Breakage Deposit
While no upfront breakage deposit is required, guests will be responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. A temporary credit card hold may be applied as a security measure.
Pet Policy
Well-behaved pets may be accepted upon request, with prior approval and an additional charge. Please contact us to discuss suitability. A damage charge may apply if needed.
Servicing / Housekeeping Policy

A one-time cleaning fee is applied to all bookings.

For stays longer than 4 nights, the house is serviced weekly (excluding public holidays). More frequent cleaning can be arranged for an additional charge.

Fresh towels are available upon request. Bed linen is changed every 4 days for extended stays, unless otherwise arranged.

Complimentary toiletries and amenities are provided and refilled as needed to minimize waste.
Breakfast & Pantry Options

Optional breakfast boxes can be pre-ordered, featuring fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, and juice.

Guests may also request a pre-stocked pantry and fridge with essentials like milk, bread, and eggs. Please inquire for more details.
